Make a pretty, glittery, slightly spooky skeleton fairy friend for Halloween!
The kits will be available at the Circulation Desk.
Open to ages 11- 19. 1 Per Participant. Registration Required. While Supplies Last. Available for pickup beginning October 14, and ending on Halloween!
