Open to ages 18+. Limited to 20 Participants. Registration Required. Payment due at time of registration.
Join us for Day Teacup floral design program. Peggy Garvin brings fresh flowers, and teacups to inspire your floral arrangement for someone special or yourself. 🫖💐 Please bring your own pruners.
Cost is $20.00. Registration is required in person in Children's World inside the Library.
